Super exciting news to share with you all…

Our next Ibiza Breath Camp is already in the planning. Save the dates now.

19th – 31st October 2018.

We never realised how much value the Breath Camp could be to you. This is a chance to experience the Alchemy of Breath from several different facilitators as we celebrate the end of another one-year intense training. You can come for the full duration of Breath Camp or drop in for sessions on a flexible, as they fit for you, basis. If you’re keen to see what can happen when you breathe everyday (with full support of facilitators and assistants) then don’t miss out. Come and enjoy our growing community.

Anthony will be there holding the space as you are taken through a complete breath ceremony once per day – some days two! You will get to meet AoB facilitators from all over the world. It’s also a great way to explore one-to-one sessions as our facilitators are eager to get more experience.

We would like to invite you to be part of the graduation process for our Teacher Training 3 students, as they complete the end of their Facilitator Training.

The Breath Camp will once again be held at La Nave (The Ship) and following on from our previous success in May 2018 we will be hosting evening events like ecstatic dance, shamanic drumming, cacao ceremonies etc. Should you be interested to run an evening session please contact Steph at steph@alchemyofbreath.com.

Accommodation:

The cheapest option will be to stay in the dorms at La Nave itself, but this time around we have made some great improvements which includes a Non Graduate Retreat Program (NGRP). Please see below for prices and details.

La Nave:

Cost per night €22

There will be the option to purchase daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at La Nave for all. Catering is being fulfilled by Ben who is part of the Breathwork family. Ben will be organising the rota for people to cook the various meals as mentioned above.

Food will be mostly vegan with vegetarian options. All dietary information and requirements should be directed to Ben at benedict.beaumont@googlemail.com

Non Graduate Retreat Program:

€7 per session or €50 for a full unlimited Breath Camp pass (please note that this pass does not include evening donation based events)

This is an organised schedule of workshops and circles where we will;

  • Have more time to share, explore and feedback after Breathwork sessions
  • Explore different Breathwork techniques
  • Train to be a Breathwork Angel and assist in the main sessions
  • Enjoy yoga, meditation and other activities
  • Organise social activities such as trips to the beach and around the island
  • Have a chance to connect with other breathers in a meaningful way

Ben will be running the Non Graduate Retreat Program and be the house father of La Nave.

Payment for La Nave accommodation must be made via PayPal using the email address paypal@alchemyofbreath.com. Please make a note in the comments, when paying, the dates you wish to stay at La Nave and the bed type you’d like to book as shown below. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes, but have to operate on a first come first served basis.

  • Main dorm: 4 x bunk beds (8 beds)
  • Curtain dorm 3 x bunk beds (6 beds)
  • Double sofa bed (in main hall) 2 pax
  • The Bedroom: 1 x double bed | 2 x single beds

Outside of staying at La Nave we recommend looking on the likes of booking.com, trivago.com etc. for other accommodation options and communicating within the Facebook event group to possibly put a sharing group together if considering to rent an apartment, villa etc.

Car Hire. 

Even though distances are short, you will definitely need a car. Again it may be worthwhile hooking up with others in the Facebook event group to share car hire.

Alternatively scooter hire will also offer a good budget way to commute around the island www.cooltra.com.
